Optimux HPP4000™

The HPP4000 is an explosion-proof, microprocessor-equipped, electric-pneumatic digital valve positioner. Many of the standard features offered by this reliable, precise device have traditionally been optional additions to other manufacturers' products.

Equipped with a standard HART communication protocol, 4-20 mA feedback signal and LCD display, the HPP4000 can be programmed, calibrated and set up without a HART communicator.

In addition, the unit includes an auxiliary limit switch and a vibration tolerance of up to 6G at 5 to 400Hz.

Automatic setup and calibration - During this cycle, the HPP4000 identifies and stores the key performance parameters of the valves installed in its memory.

Flexibility - Available for linear and rotary control valve models with mounting and connection kits from most major manufacturers.

Reliability - Tight closing and full opening features ensure positive sealing.

Multiple flow characteristics - configurable for linear, equal percentage and fast opening.
