OpGL-T

In Optimux's OpGL three-way body control valve design, a modular third port, improved plug and a second seat are added to the standard OpGL globe valve, creating a very robust diverter or cohesion valve. Like the standard OpGL, the OpGL 3Way is designed to deliver superior performance while allowing for simple, fast and inexpensive maintenance.

Precise control A wide range of control is achieved through top-oriented, unbalanced, single-piece plugs with flow characteristics built into the plug head geometry.

Standard ANSI Class V metal-to-metal closure is achieved with a unique plug and seat ring design. ANSI Class VI soft seat configuration.

High-thrust piston actuators are more accurate, faster than diaphragm actuators, and offer a smaller, lighter footprint - ideal for skid-mounted process equipment.

Maintainability The top-up design facilitates maintenance, although the valve's MTBS cycle is much longer than competing diaphragm-driven valves
